Course Content	Accidents - causes and prevention. Acts and Regulations. Understand the limitations or otherwise of equipment available. Understand correct procedures in manoeuvring vehicles. Banksman responsibilities. PPE, Safe Systems Of Work Recognised signals. Risk assessing the manoeuvre. Lesson Preparation. Instruction in logical sequence . Introduction/Link, Revision. Aim/Objective, Incentive, Stages, Use of aids. The use of questions and answers, Confirmation & Summery. Operator competence testing & Practical assessments. Certification and Training Records . Report Content.
Additional Information	Delegates do not need prior training experience
Notes	In Company courses will be tailored to the working environment A Training room suitable for the number of delegates will be required. Reduced rates are available for multi-site or multi-course bookings. No prior knowledge of topic required. A Suitable vehicle will be required for on site courses
Other Information	Delegates must have completed a recognised banksman course prior to thr trainer course. Trainer certification is valid for 5 years, after which re registration will be required
